By using Watermark Studio you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of the platform and the services we provide. Last updated: May 2026.

Acceptable use

Watermark Studio is designed for lawful media editing workflows. You may use it to remove watermarks from media you own or have explicit rights to edit, to add watermarks to your own content, and to process media for legitimate professional or personal purposes. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, process content without permission, or circumvent content protection systems.

Your content

You retain ownership of all media you upload. By uploading content you confirm you have the rights to edit and process it. We do not claim ownership of your files and will not share them with third parties except as required to deliver the service (for example, storage providers).

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password or session with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service availability

We aim to keep Watermark Studio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure events, or unexpected outages may occasionally affect availability. We will communicate significant planned downtime in advance where possible.

Free-mode access

The current product runs in a temporary free mode while billing and payment infrastructure remain muted. Public pricing information may describe future plan structure, but active signed-in use is currently handled without live checkout or subscription enforcement.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your media and job data will be permanently deleted.

Liability

Watermark Studio is provided as-is. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or support channels when appropriate.
